The new iPad Pro and Air models may arrive at the end of March.
Apple will soon introduce new tablets, which may be unveiled to the world in the coming weeks. Both the iPad Pro and Air models will be updated, and according to a fresh rumor, both will be available in two sizes.
For the first time in history, Apple will offer the iPad Air tablet in two sizes, just like the Pro models. There will be an 11-inch iPad Air, with dimensions identical to its predecessor, and a 12.9-inch iPad Air, measuring 280.6 x 214.9 x 6 mm. The upcoming 11-inch iPad Pro will have dimensions of 249.7 x 177.5 x 5.1 mm, compared to the current model's 247.6 x 178.5 x 5.9 mm design.
This year's 12.9-inch iPad Pro will be slightly longer and wider than the iPad Air, with the same screen size. However, the cross-section of this model will be thinner, which is interesting because the ultra-slim design was originally a characteristic of the Air model.
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro will have dimensions of 281.5 x 215.5 x 5 mm, compared to the current model's 280.6 x 214.9 x 6.4 mm. If these data are accurate, they will significantly reduce the thickness of the device, making it perhaps a little easier to handle this large device.

The thinner design is reportedly due to the fact that the existing display panels will be replaced by an OLED solution in the new generation. The new iPads are expected to be introduced at the end of March, but accessory manufacturers are already working hard on cases for the tablets.
The new iPad Pro tablets will be powered by the M3 chip, while it is not yet known whether the Air models will have the M2 or M3 chip under their hood. It is also not clear whether Apple will hold a separate launch event dedicated to the devices, or if we will simply receive a press release announcing the arrival of the new iPads.
